Every time I order from Amazon, my items don't make it out and once my package disappeared
They service sucks . I wasn't home to sign for my package so I went to the post office to pick it up. I explained to the female clerk at the counter that I missed my package and I'm here to pick it up. She asked for the pink card that they normally leave at your door when you're not at home but I forgot it the pink card at home and she started to get an attitude with me because of that. I asked to speak to the manager he came out took my imformation went back inside to look for the package. He couldn't find it. He said it still on the truck and the guy didn't come back yet. He told me to come back the next day and how he's the make sure to put it aside for me. I went back the next day to pick it up and he claim he couldn't find it. What a waste of time
My Experience was amazingly good ! What a great service every time that i go there to the secaucus Post Office. The Staff is so professional and always friendly and helpful. I love going there because of the great excellent service !
The lady was really nice and helpful
Very helpful and easy to work with. I needed to mail my wedding invitations internationally and the clerk helped me find the cheapest way to mail it. I went to another post office at first to send my invitations and they were very rude about it being rigid and thicker than usual! Very different experience at this post office!!
