Obscenely expensive. Was $12 six years ago. Greedy operators have 3x. No parking in one section. Valet let's them squash even more cars on. That's why it's free.
(And we all know that that's not the case everywhere, sadly.)

The wait is awful for commuters to get cars back from the overloaded valet parked. So greedy they woukd not hire attendants when I'm paying $35 a day to park.

Not a bad option if you're trying to catch a train when you missed one at your local station but can get a bit expensive during the week, so you have to use it sparingly
Phenomenal Price after 5PM weekdays & weekends -- only $10. -- cannot beat that for this area!!!
