Horrible! My experience is like eveyone elses here. I don't even want to give them 1 star. They derserve 0 stars. I spoke to them on the phonefor months giving them details of all my items. I was quoted a price thinking that it may go up a little more than I was quoted (no biggie). When they showed up they tried to say that our 220 gallon fish tank was a 500 gallon fish tank. We told Jessica on the phone exactly what it was and she told me how much it would cost to package it. I was told $160. When they showed up he said it would cost $700 just to move the fish tank! I ended up having to give them an extra $1,300 at pick up because they said I'm over my cubic feet of space. Blood sucking Scamsters!! It took them over a week to deliver my items from Rhode Island to Florida when they told me it would only take 3 days the most so I rushed to drive to FL from RI to meet them on time because they said if I wasn't there they would charge $500-$800 wait time! I received damaged items, missing items. I was missing an entire box if kitchen items, so when I called about it they acted like it was no big deal that they still had it in their warehouse. They did UPS it to me but how can you forget customers items as a moving company? Don't try to put a claim in because the lady who handles that (Lisa) is a rude, ignorant b****. #3 on the claim form states, "please advise that items for which you are seeking compensation for the total value by weight or depreciation value become the property of the mover once the claim is paid & may be picked up from you for salvage". Insane! Salvage? They won't salvage it, they'll definitely keep it. Instead of paying for their mistakes, they want to come take your things because they paid for it, smh. I'm not even going to bother to put a claim in for my freezer chest that they packaged and damaged or my missing items. I regret so much for not reading these reviews. If I did, I would have made a different choice on my move to FL. Lesson learned and I hope this review will protect their next potential victim. DON'T USE THIS HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY CALLED ALLSTAR MOVERS!

If I could describe my experience with this company in one word it would be FRUSTRATING. I used All Star Moving services to go from NYC to Denver in August 2016. I would NOT recommend their services to anyone! Throughout the entire moving process this company was aloof, rude, and incredibly deceitful.

BEWARE. I wish I could give negative stars.These people are complete scumbags. I made the idiotic mistake of not looking at reviews before going through with this moving company. I deeply regret it. Everything is great at first then they get to your house and spend an hour going over all these things that weren't in the paperwork that is initially given to you. Example: $75 per flight of stair. That's absurd. $75 for any extra feet than planned they have to walk. We were quoted for every item we had listed in our contract whatever you would like to call it. When they come they tell us we have to pay for sq ft. instead so anything over what they think cost way more. They charged us $30 for a cardboard BOX. Then they wanted to charge us $200 for a box for a bike to go into. Then when you have questions they state "they're just the movers". But you are going over all this you should be able to answer my questions. Fast forward to when we are planning to have our stuff delivered to our new place. Jessica was completely rude. Finally we get out stuff, all of the boxes are smashed, two look like they were ripped open, they tried to give us someone else boxes and when I told them it wasn't ours they said "oh you don't want it?" As we unpack we realize the opened up boxes. We are missing an over $200 speaker. They took it, they left the remote but took the speaker and cord. We call to make a claim after them yelling at you they state they will pay 0.60 cents for each pound. GREAT a speaker that ways practically nothing, I will get $5.00 for. COOL. You're scumbag movers steal and throw around all our stuff, I have multiple cuts from broken glass. Moral is read reviews, DO NOT use this company even if it sounds like a good deal. It is not worth the stress and money.

The following days resulted in no response from the company and I'm glad to have them out of my life now. I must urge anyone considering their services to reconsider as they do not care much about their customers and generally just provide a bad service at their job.

Worst company to move stuff with.

I called the company a few days later to express my discontent with the move due to lateness, and the insulting words the head mover said to me. Monica, the manager, was extremely short with me over the phone and she hung up on me.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS THEY ARE THIEVES I wish there had been a Review system when I moved with Allstar Moving Services from NH to CO. I agree with all the other VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS the girl on the phone was UNBELIEVABLY rude and hung up on me a number of times. My Box of things Taped in Red with RED FRAGILE stickers all over them where underneath the Sofa and everything else. So everything was broken. The owner cheated me and when my stuff finally arrived they refused to unpack it or move it to my storage unit which I had paid extra for. The Russian Driver threatened to take my stuff to California if I didn't find a more accessible unit and then said it would cost $500 a night for the delay. I had to threaten to call the Police, he charged me and extra $1000. on arrival which was not part of the Deal. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS pure and simple and thank goodness for the internet so they go out of business. And I am only giving them one star as it will not allow me to give them minus stars .

To start off the company scheduled a noon-4 window, showed up at 4 and the head mover told me they were going to take a 30 minute lunch break before they started! I reviewed the estimate, and what overage charges may be added based on space we booked vs. space we used on the truck before the movers started the job. During this conversation I stated to the head mover that I did not want to use more than the space booked and they should notify me before going over the allotted space. All seemed well until they packed the truck way over our space! When I asked them to open the back of the truck and looked inside the truck had been packed in a very inefficient manner and that seemed to be on purpose to charge more money for more used space. I asked the movers to remove an item so that I was not charged extra, and the head mover was reluctance to fix the job. It took an unreasonable amount of time to convince them to fix the packing of the truck and in that process the head mover said some short nasty words to me.

Also forgot to mention, they will quote you one price on the phone and different /cu ft charge if you exceed the weight and threten to leave the stuff and move with what they have on the truck. Many of my items were damaged and lost since they moved from one truck to another whereas they told me same truck will deliver to the destination.

The on the day of our move the BIGGEST truck you could've imagined, far bigger than what had picked up our belongings in NYC, arrived in Colorado. And this is where it got beyond crazy... This truck was so large that on a normal size street the truck could not park anywhere! It was so large it blocked traffic on the street, it could not back into the alley behind our apartment (which I have driven a 24" uhuaul into) and eventually the size of this truck warranted the police showing up forcing the truck to leave. The truck had to park around the block and the movers then UNLOADED OUR BELONGINGS TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD! Now the movers, Maurice and Susan, were very kind and helped us get stuff to the front of the building, however because of the ineptitude of the company the movers showed up completely unprepared for the job. The movers told us All Star Movers regularly sends trucks that are too large to drive into a city so that they can charge extra long distance carry fees.

They wil be nice to get the business but later, deliver damage goods, loose items and deny any wrong doing. Also, dont show up on time, demand payments during transit time, ask to show up the residence or threaten to take truck will dre stuff to auction if not able to come in time. Worst company by far. DO NOT Deal with these guys.

I wish i can give zero stars.
