Great experience. Great sales staff very friendly and helpful. Quality furniture at reasonable prices. Friendly atmosphere. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a sales person and offered complimentary coffee, as I walked through the showroom I was able to get assistance from a wonderful young man who stuck with me until I had all the pieces I desired. I highly recommend Bob's Furniture in Secaucus.
Delivery men are amazing. Quick and very professional. I’ve bought a king size bed and a vanity both delivered ahead of schedule which is great. Also quick to build and they did an outstanding job putting everything together.
I even had fresh coffee made by Vince...he was super nice about it!

I went in there last week just to have a look around and ended up buying a whole living room set. The prices and quality of the furniture were to good to pass up. The sales man I dealt with Mr. Luis Mateo was were helpful and knowledgeable about all the merchandise on the floor. He really provided excellent service and would recommend anyone looking to go here to seek him out on the floor. Also the delivery people were excellent to deal with as well. They called me a few times ahead of the delivery and were on time and courteous.
Came in to furnish my Mom's apartment. Our sales guy, Domingo, was an absolute Angel. Super patient, calm, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I'm buying a house soon and will be back for certain to work with Domingo to furnish my new home! And anything I need for anyone else's home!
