Terrible customer service. Was told I can extend my pickup for 2 days, however my order was canceled when I arrived the next day. Customer service representatives are clueless, they will promise you one thing on the phone and will tell you something different in person.
Love the Kohl's, they have a bit of everything and I don't have to go to a dozen stores to get most of what i need. My S.O. and her daughter absolutely love the jewelry department, so one more item i don't need to go crazy looking for and that make life a bit easier. TY Kohl's
